"As 'do-it-yourselves' type of people, my husband and I have made many appliance part purchases through the years.  It wasn't until this past December, though, when my husband was calling around (and 'surfing around') to find a washing machine belt, that we became fans of your store.  You not only had the part we needed, you had it for us quickly (and that was during the holiday season).

When the motor on that washing machine recently gave out and we (he!) decided to fix the older front-load machine that we still had 'just in case', you had the pump we needed the very next day.  Not only did we receive the pump, but inside the box were clear and concise directions, and that old washer was up and running again in about 10 - 15 minutes!

As a former Navy submariner and Navy wife, my husband and I are happy not only to support a business that delivers absolutely top-notch service, but we take a certain pride in doing business with a Navy veteran.  We will definitely keep you in mind when we are ready to purchase the appliances for our upcoming kitchen remodel!
